Our origins
TC DESIGN has its origins in fifties, when Salvatore Cannata, a highly skilled woodworker, decided to return to Italy in order to start making artisanal wooden objects.
He stood out for his design skills and, in a few years, he entered in a new wood business. Then, with the cooperation of the best Italian manufacturers, he became a role model in the retail sector of made in Italy furniture.
History goes on with the next generation led by Salvatore’s son, Francesco Cannata, who has run the company up to now.
Even today, craftwork is the best place to stay and settle down, as has been more than half a century ago.
Our calling, a mission at the service of innovation, and our passion, resulting from life experience and passed down to 3 generations, express the elegance of the traditional craftsmanship, which symbolizes the style and the true design of Italy.

We have reached a turning point with Salvatore Cannata, the founder’s grandson, who has decided to recall the true craftsmanship, sensing the shapes and creating new collections.
His creations are the outcome of his experiments and a sign of absolute freedom, as tangible expression of his searching of new horizons.
