The solid wood is contrasted with the lacquered colors which in many models are finished with tempered glass tops. All our products are exclusively processed and therefore made in Italy by qualified craftsmen. Tc design has decided to continue to create artisanal products in order to have customizable products that retain all the wisdom of handwork. In fact, a hand-made process allows you to obtain details that differentiate the product from an industrial one. Secondly, it allows us to modify the product according to customer requests. Each table is made with a manufacturing process that sees the craftsman the main protagonist. The craftsman who takes delivery of the creation of a table will have the task of starting the processing from cutting the raw wood to the painting phase so as to ensure the success of the product and careful control.

The materials chosen by TC Design are the result of careful research to allow the creation of aesthetically perfect products but with deep respect for the environment. One of TC Design’s favorite materials is glass. Glass was chosen both for its natural aesthetic elegance and for its great recycling properties.

Paulownia wood and melamine wood
The woods that are mostly used are paulownia wood and ennobled wood. Paulownia wood is a particular wood chosen for its particular grain and for its warm colors. Another aspect not to be underestimated is that the paulownia tree is extracted mainly from crops and not from forests, managing to preserve the environment. The lacquered and smooth parts are produced in melamine wood because it allows to obtain strong and smooth tables. The ennobled wood is a particular panel obtained from a long process of recycling the wood.

The Harmony model was born as an artistic expression of a musical symbol, music finally seen in an object. The first model born in the TC Design collection. Born and inspired by the musical world. The designer wanted to give a three-dimensional body to the symbol that has always represented the musical world better
LIFE MODEL
Life design glass coffee tables bring home a design concept inspired by nature and all its beauty. An upside down version of a root that outlines the elegance of what is usually hidden. The life model is built entirely by hand and modeled according to the craftsman’s vision. Particular Italian living room furniture model must necessarily be recreated zero because there is no foreseen pattern as nature foresees. This process takes longer but each piece of furniture is completely different from the other and therefore unique.
Transport and packaging of glass coffee tables
The last stage of production and that of packaging and transportation.
A transport carried out with selected couriers allows us to guarantee the highest quality throughout the trip. Thanks to the collaboration with the best international couriers, we can deliver our products all over the world while maintaining very short delivery times. To guarantee the maximum safety of our products, we have studied a special packaging that allows our products to arrive intact anywhere in the world. The smaller or lighter models are transported in normal packages while the heavier and more delicate models will be shipped in special customized pallets. TC Design has designed a protective case that includes wooden side bands to protect the Italian living room furniture tables from the strongest traumas during any loading and unloading phase. Internally, the product is placed on various layers of protective material to ensure safety.
Perfect combination of led lights
One of the distinctive features of all our models is that of being able to integrate our LED kit. By integrating our kit, you can transform a normal coffee table into an indirect light furnishing element that manages to create a huge scenic effect. The main elements that characterize the kit are the controller, the LED lights and the remote control. Thanks to the controller, you can change various light parameters by choosing the intensity of the light, the colors and various plays of light intermittently.
